Trustees meet once a month in the Committee or Jubilee room.
Meetings are held provided the committee is quorate and minutes are taken of all meetings.
Proposals are voted upon by Trustees present and majority decisions implemented.
Trustees meet once a year in the Jubilee room to ratify the audited accounts and hold the AGM. Annual AGMs are publicised via the Halberton Village Newsletter as well as posters placed around the village.
During the AGM group representatives are acknowledged and committee members elected. Key posts of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary are elected.
